1.Application
This machine is suitable for surface raising of tubular and open width knitting fabrics, which adopted intelligent controlling board with touch-screen display.
The raising elements can be adjusted in a large scale, including drum speed, fabric speed, fabric tension, raising power, which is controlled by a monitor unit. This machine provides the flexibility to develop all kinds of fabrics.
Main features
1 Controlled by man-machine conversation,PLC and inverters. The level of an organic whole of machinery and electric equipment is very high.
2 Driven system with inverter controlled multi-motors, terse in structure, easy in maintenance.
3 The main parameters of drum speed, fabric speed, tension and raising power are all controlled by inverters allowing a wide variable range.
4 100 Sets of processing parameter can be stored to ensure the repeatability.
5 Set up the parameter in running, zero starting, automatic fabric feeding and reverting are available.
6 It has the function of pile roller and counter pile roller driving disengaged to prevent fabric tearing and facilitate needle cleaning.
7 Trouble alarm and diagnosis are available.
8 Fastening fabric device is optional when processing different fabrics.
