Application:

This machine is mainly used for surface processing of pure cotton, blended, hemp, polyester fabrics, etc. The fabric after sueding is soft and slippery with short, even fluffs and clean texture.

Feature:

1.The Silicon Carbide sueding roller which adopts planetary mode of operation, provides a wide contact with the fabric surface, functioning mildly with the wire imbed into fabric structures.

2.This machine adopts PLC, human-machine interaction screen, and inverters to realize automatic control of the whole operation of it. It also has a capacity of technique parameter storage, which enables technique reappearing.

3.This machine adopts tension sensor, which provides presetting of fabric tension and automatic feedback functions, enabling a constant-tension sueding process.

4.The patented Al alloy triangular bracket structure and fixed spreading roller makes it easy to adjust fabric-roller contact area and spread or flatting fabric surface.

5.The adjustable spreading roller’s rotation speed and the fabric-roller contact angle can be adjusted.
